Reliance World offers My Health Records—a service that organises and preserves your health records in a digital format by transferring them on a CD.

Getting your My Health Records CD

• Bring all your paper health records to the Business Centre at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani (KDA) Hospital.
• They will be scanned and returned to you along with your Order ID.
• My Health Records CD containing all your health records, organised and indexed by Category, Hospital/Clinic/Lab and Doctor, will be created.
• You can collect the CD in person or opt for it to be delivered to an address in India or other countries.*

Updating your My Health Records CD
Whenever you have new records, you can update the CD by bringing the new records to us and quoting your Order ID. An updated CD would be sent to you. Digital copies of your records are preserved on our system, making it easy for you to get another CD whenever you need one.
