To avail High-Speed Internet Surfing and Online Gaming, you need to be a Reliance World member. Each member has a virtual account which can be activated/recharged by buying Broadband Centre packs. These packs are available in various denominations, starting from Rs. 20. Each pack has a validity period.

- The validity period begins from the date of account recharge.
- To carry forward any remaining balance in an account, the account must be recharged within the validity period.
- When an account is recharged, the new validity period will be the greater of the two:
remaining validity days in the existing pack or the validity days of the new recharge pack.

The rates for High-Speed Internet Surfing and Online Gaming are applicable from 10 AM to 8 PM (standard Reliance World timings). If the outlet is operational between 8 PM and 10 AM, the rates for surfing and gaming would be Rs 40 per hour1.
